We are open!  We would still ask that you book an appointment if there's a vehicle you would like to purchase.  We must limit the number of sales customers into the dealership and for service we are only accepting drop offs or Valet (we pick up your car).  Due to requirements for "contact tracing" we do require name and contact information for anyone we interact with.

The Province of Ontario will permit us to work by appointment for Automotive Sales.  Please call or email to book your appointment in advanced as the sales team is still working from home.  The sales team will reach out and confirm the appointment and product availability.

Based on research from John Hopkins Covid study, we will have cleaning protocols in place.

We will have a vehicle(s) disinfected and ready for your inspection and demonstration.

We will have the appropriate PPE and will exercise social distancing.

As much as we LOVE selling cars, our primary focus is your safety and that of our co-workers.

Message from the Owner - Updated April 17, 2020

Given the current restrictions for sales, we have adopted a "No Contact - No Risk" Used car return or exchange policy.  We are offering a 3 day or 100 km full refund on a used vehicle purchase (less licensing cost, and customer requested accessories).  We are offering a 7 day or 500 km vehicle exchange privilege.

#1.  Virtual test drive where you can see every inch of the vehicle

#2.  Full mechanical report on the vehicle

#3.  Return or Exchange Guarantee

#4.  Delivery to your home

To return a vehicle, you must let us know prior to 5 p.m. EST on the 3rd calendar day after receiving the vehicle.  If you would like to exchange your vehicle, you must let us know prior to 5 p.m. EST on the 7th calendar day after receiving your vehicle.  We can not accept a return if the car has been modified in an accident or damaged, altered from the condition it was delivered in or had a lien or other encumbrance put on the vehicle.  Day 1 of your refund/exchange guarantee begins when you accept the vehicle, regardless of time of day.

Hi everyone -- the service department is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.  (closed good Friday)  We are working by appointment only, and only accepting drop off's.  We are not offering a shuttle service at this time.  When you drop off your vehicle, please leave your windows down and our team will disinfect vehicles both incoming and outgoing.

There is no access to the showroom and any vehicle purchase request are being done virtually.  We are permitted to sell online with virtual test drives and home delivery.  Try it -- it's easier than you think!

If you need us, we will do our best to look after you.

Message from the Owner - Updated March 25, 2020

Hi everyone -- we are answering phones and have a few employees here on a daily basis if you need us.  If you have a transportation issue we want to help however there is limited access to the building and we have minimal technical staff on site.  It's best to call ahead so that we can facilitate your requests.

The phone is being attended to from 8 am until 5 pm.  We are responding to website inquiries into the early evening.

Should it be responsible to do so, we are planning on returning to normal operations in approximately 2 weeks.

Hi Everyone, I have some exciting news from Kia Canada that will help Canadian's buy with confidence!

But before I get to that, I would be remiss not to address the COVID pandemic and the steps we are taking to keep our staff and customers safe.  These are definitely tough times and we are all faced with different and difficult decisions daily.  We are currently still open for your vehicle needs at our Lynden Rd dealership, although we are paying attention to the Brant County Health unit's recommendations.

We have implemented new policies to help protect our customers and staff from the virus.  We have divided our staff into two teams so that each department only has 5 or 6 people working at one time.  We have implemented cleaning protocols based on data from John Hopkins University research -- and we have encouraged those who can work from home, to do so.

Kia Canada is taking the similar precautions and everyone who can is working from home.

We want you to know that we are taking this pandemic very seriously. We ask that anyone exhibiting any cold symptoms please not enter our facility as we want to continue to protect our team.

For customers who cannot come into the store or prefer to stay away, we are offering new ways for you to get service, buy parts and even buy a vehicle without ever stepping foot in the dealership. Give us a call at 519-304-6542 and we will walk you through the process.  We are open 24/7 online.

Tough times can sometimes present fantastic buying opportunities for the customer!

Kia Canada just announced an unprecedented NO PAYMENTS UNTIL JULY on almost all our models. In addition, some models will qualify for 0 % financing for 84 months. The remaining models will be offered at very low rates.

So for example, as of today you can buy a brand new Kia Sorento at 0% financing for 7 years and not start your payments until July! 

It gets better. If you are someone who currently has car payments --- then trade in your current vehicle for a new one and don't make a car payment for the next four months!  Wow!  I have never seen these items offered in combination!  It's a great way for our customers to buy with confidence and even lower or defer their car payments.
